These terms apply when you use Suplus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Suplus helps households and small teams keep track of supplies and shared shopping lists. The project is in active development: features may change, appear, or be removed.

Your account

Provide an email address you can access and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Some shared features require a verified email address.

Your content

What you add to Suplus stays yours. You allow us to store and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share Spaces with.

Shared Spaces

A Space owner decides who is invited and what access each member has. Members can see the content of a Space and act within their access level.

Acceptable use

Do not use Suplus for anything illegal, to harm others, or to store content you have no right to share.

Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, and respect the API rate limits.

Availability

We do our best to keep Suplus running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of failures.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Suplus project is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using Suplus at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use Suplus after a change means you accept the updated terms.
