Privacy

Suplus is a small independent project. Your data exists here for one purpose: to run your Spaces and shopping lists. It is never sold, shared, or handed to anyone else.

What we store

Account details: your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and your interface language and theme.

Your content: Spaces, Rooms, Zones, Supplies, Suppliers, recipes, meal plans, household tasks, shopping list entries, and the activity log of changes inside your Spaces.

Technical records needed to keep the service running: login sessions, hashed API tokens with their last-used time, and standard server logs.

Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address to match or create your Suplus account. We do not get access to your Google data, contacts, or files.

If a Space owner explicitly connects Google Calendar, they choose one writable shared calendar for that Space. We store encrypted connection tokens, the chosen calendar, and identifiers of cooking and timed household tasks Suplus creates so it can keep them in sync. We do not read, store, or show existing Google Calendar events; household-task completion stays in Suplus.

How we use it

Only to provide Suplus: to show your data to you and to the people you share a Space with, and to send service emails such as email verification, password reset, and Space invitations.

No advertising, no profiling, no newsletters, and your data is not used to train AI models.

Who can see your data

You, and the members you invite into a Space, according to the access level you give them. Nobody else.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

If you connect an external client, such as a ChatGPT assistant, by giving it your API token, that client can access your data on your behalf. You decide whether to do that and can revoke the token at any time in Settings.

Cookies

Suplus uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms. There are no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Storage and backups

Data is stored on our own server. Regular backups are kept for a limited time so the service can be restored after a failure.

Your choices

You can change your account details in Settings at any time.

To get a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything in it, write to suplus@cofficus.club and we will take care of it.
